For over a decade, Damien has worked with CEOs and c-suite executives, helping them to quickly assess where they stand in their leadership journey and determine what skills and knowledge are necessary to succeed. For leaders transitioning into a new role, he astutely helps to shape their entry with authenticity, focus, and strength.
Damien’s coaching specialty is working with new CEOs and CEO Candidates. This work involves supporting leaders in building plans for success rather than learning by trial and error.

Damien was born, raised, and educated in Ireland. He spent seven of his formative years in a monastery and his first career was in teaching. He has lived in the United States for twenty-five years and, in his earlier business career, he rose to multiple brokerage and technology leadership roles at Charles Schwab.
He has served on two non-profit boards and actively supports causes including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix, animal welfare, and civil rights.
Damien holds Masters Degrees in Instructional Technology (San Francisco State University) and Equality Studies (University College Dublin). He received his coach training at the Hudson Institute, Santa Barbara and the Strozzi Institute, Petaluma. He is ranked in the list of Top 100 Global Executive Coaches.
