Are you ready to accelerate your success?

The top resource for CEOs and CEO Candidates

Being the CEO of a large organization will simultaneously be the most rewarding and challenging position of your career. No matter how much business and leadership experience you have, nothing can prepare you for the pressure and complexity of this role.

It is my belief that there is a typical CEO lifecycle—a predictable set of challenges that a CEO must navigate. Successfully navigating these challenges is not something you have to do alone, or address using a “trial and error” approach. As Marshall Goldsmith has written, “What got you here, won’t get you there.” The carefully curated resources offered here will help you accelerate your success and reduce a potentially painful learning curve.

This is a library-style resource for recently appointed CEOs, CEO candidates, and established CEOs. It contains both original articles and a selection of resources I have curated as a coach who works exclusively with the C-Suite. The library contains a wealth of practical advice to prepare for and manage the most common challenges CEOs face. It also includes a variety of resources, not available elsewhere, which are based on my extensive experience of working with CEOs. It certainly is not exhaustive—that is not my intent. The goal is to compile a set of the most useful resources.

While there is no prescribed solution or one-size-fits-all roadmap for CEO success, there are areas of focus and proven best practices that will position you for success. Visit my blog for the latest insights on hot topics or register here to access our free library of invaluable resources—conveniently assembled in a single location—that will give you the confidence and competence to accelerate your success in the CEO role.
